Who is responsible?
LUPUS SOLUTIONS (16 place des Quinconces, 33000 Bordeaux, France) is the controller of the data of account holders. For page visit statistics and for email addresses left by visitors of a page, LUPUS SOLUTIONS acts as a processor on behalf of the page owner, who is the controller. Page statistics: no cookies
Visits and clicks on pages are measured without cookies or browser storage. No IP address is recorded: a visitor is counted using an anonymous fingerprint computed with a random salt renewed every day and destroyed after 48 hours, which makes it impossible to follow them from one day to the next. We keep: the date, the page and the link, the source (social network, QR code, campaign), the approximate country and city, the device type, the browser, the operating system and the language. These statistics are kept for 25 months at most. Bots are excluded.
Visitors who leave their email
A page may offer a sign-up form (Pro plan). If you leave your address there, we keep the address, the date and the consent text displayed, nothing else (no IP address, no cookie). The page owner is the controller of this processing: they use these addresses to write to you, as announced on their page, and must remove your address if you ask them to. LUPUS SOLUTIONS hosts them on their behalf and never uses them. They are deleted when the owner removes them or deletes their account. To unsubscribe, contact the page owner or write to us at contact@lupussolutions.fr stating the page concerned: we will forward your request and have your address deleted.
YouTube videos and Spotify tracks
A page may display a YouTube or Spotify player. As long as you do not start playback, no data is sent to these services: the thumbnail is served by LinkClik. If you press play, the player is loaded from YouTube (Google, “privacy-enhanced mode”, youtube-nocookie.com) or Spotify, which apply their own privacy policies.
Technical error log
To fix outages, we record service errors: technical message, page concerned and date, without IP address. This log can only be viewed by administrators and is purged after 90 days without a new occurrence.
Reports
When you report content, we keep the reason, your explanations, your email if you provide it, and a fingerprint of your IP address (never the address itself) to limit abuse. Processed reports are deleted after 12 months.

Country where data is hosted: Canada. This country is outside the European Union; the transfer relies on the European Commission adequacy decision of 20 December 2001 (2002/2/EC), which recognises that Canada provides an adequate level of protection.
Your rights
You can download your data at any time (Settings › Download my data) and delete your account (Settings › Delete my account). To exercise your rights of access, rectification, objection or restriction, write to contact@lupussolutions.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or with the authority of your country.
