Appointments
Appointments booked from your page
Your visitors pick a free slot and book in a few seconds: in person, by phone or by video. Connect Google Calendar, Outlook or Zoom: your busy times are respected and every appointment gets its own Meet, Teams or Zoom link.
Pro Agency Included in the Pro and Agency plans.
How it works
Your availability
Time ranges for each day, closed days, minimum notice before an appointment, booking up to a few weeks ahead, a break between appointments and a daily maximum. Times follow your pageâs time zone.
Your appointment types
A name, a duration and one or more locations: in person, by phone, with your usual video link, or a Google Meet, Teams or Zoom meeting created for every booking. With several locations, the visitor chooses.
The visitor books
They pick a free slot and give their name and email (and their number for a call). They receive a confirmation with the appointment to add to their calendar, a link to cancel and, if you wish, a reminder the day before.
You are notified
An email for every booking and cancellation, the list of your appointments with where each visit came from, a feed to add to your calendar and webhooks for your tools (Agency plan).
Without a connected account, paste the secret iCal address of any calendar (Google, Apple, ProtonâŠ) in the settings: its busy times are no longer offered.
Connected calendars and video
Three services can be connected from Appointments âș Settings âș Calendars and video. Each one is optional and can be removed at any time, from LinkClik or from the service itself.
Google Calendar and Google Meet
Busy times read, appointments added to your calendar, a Meet link for every booking.
Add, use, removeOutlook and Microsoft Teams
Busy times read, appointments added to Outlook, a Teams link for every booking.
Add, use, removeZoom
A Zoom meeting created for every Zoom appointment, deleted if it is cancelled.

Google Calendar and Google Meet
Times already taken in your Google Calendar are no longer offered, every appointment is added to your calendar, and a Google Meet link is created for Meet appointments.
What you need
- A LinkClik page on the Pro or Agency plan, that you own.
- A Google account (Gmail or Google Workspace).
Adding
- Sign in to LinkClik and open Appointments âș Settings.
- Under Calendars and video, click Connect next to âGoogle Calendar and Meetâ.
- Choose your Google account, review the requested permissions and accept.
- Back in the settings, the account shows as Connected, with its email address.
Using
- The busy times of your primary calendar are read every 15 minutes, and again for every booking: a slot that is already taken is not offered.
- Every booking is added to your primary calendar: appointment type, visitor name, their contact details and message. Google sends no invitation: the confirmation comes from LinkClik.
- Meet video: in Appointment types, tick âGoogle Meet, a link for every bookingâ, then save. The visitor gets the link right after booking, in their confirmation and in their reminder.
- A cancellation, by you or by the visitor, removes the event from your calendar.
Removing
- From LinkClik: Appointments âș Settings âș Calendars and video âș Disconnect. LinkClik revokes its access at Google and deletes its tokens.
- From Google: open myaccount.google.com/connections (your connections to third-party apps and services), choose LinkClik, then delete all connections with LinkClik. LinkClik notices on its next read of your calendar: the account shows âAccess interruptedâ and the busy times it had read are discarded. Click Disconnect to delete the remaining tokens.
After removal: events already created stay in your calendar with their Meet link. Meet appointments are no longer offered until the account is reconnected.
Permissions and data
- Requested permissions: your email address (to show which account is connected), your busy times (
calendar.freebusy) and the events created by LinkClik (calendar.events.owned). LinkClik reads neither the title nor the content of your other events. - Access tokens are encrypted; of the busy times, only start and end are kept, until the next read.
- LinkClikâs use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Times already taken in your Outlook calendar are no longer offered, every appointment is added to it, and a Teams meeting is created for Teams appointments.
What you need
- A LinkClik page on the Pro or Agency plan, that you own.
- A personal (Outlook.com, Hotmail) or work Microsoft account. Teams links need a Microsoft 365 work or school account; the calendar works with both.
- Depending on your organisation, your Microsoft 365 administratorâs consent may be required.
Adding
- Sign in to LinkClik and open Appointments âș Settings.
- Under Calendars and video, click Connect next to âOutlook and Microsoft Teamsâ.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account, review the requested permissions and accept.
- Back in the settings, the account shows as Connected, with its email address.
Using
- The events of your primary calendar are read every 15 minutes, and again for every booking, except those marked âFreeâ: only their start and end times are requested.
- Every booking is added to your Outlook calendar, with no invitation sent by Microsoft.
- Teams video: in Appointment types, tick âMicrosoft Teams, a link for every bookingâ, then save. The visitor gets the link right after booking, in their confirmation and in their reminder.
- A cancellation, by you or by the visitor, removes the event from your calendar.
Removing
- From LinkClik: Appointments âș Settings âș Calendars and video âș Disconnect. LinkClik deletes its tokens.
- To also revoke the permission at Microsoft: personal account, account.live.com/consent/Manage, choose LinkClik and remove its permissions; work or school account, myapplications.microsoft.com or your administrator.
After removal: events already created stay in your calendar with their Teams link. Teams appointments are no longer offered until the account is reconnected.
Permissions and data
- Requested permissions: basic profile and email address (
openid, email,User.Read), your calendar to read busy times and add or remove appointments (Calendars.ReadWrite), and access kept between sign-ins (offline_access). - Access tokens are encrypted; of the busy times, only start and end are kept, until the next read.
Zoom
A Zoom meeting is created in your account for every Zoom appointment, and deleted if the appointment is cancelled. The visitor receives the link to join.
What you need
- A LinkClik page on the Pro or Agency plan, that you own.
- A Zoom account, free or paid: your Zoom planâs limits (such as meeting duration) apply.
Adding
- From LinkClik: sign in and open Appointments âș Settings. From the Zoom App Marketplace: click Add on the LinkClik listing, which takes you to that same page after signing in to LinkClik.
- Under Calendars and video, click Connect next to âZoomâ.
- Sign in to Zoom if asked, review the requested permissions and click Allow.
- Back in the settings, Zoom shows as Connected, with your Zoom accountâs email address.
Using
- In Appointment types, add or open a type, tick âZoom, a meeting for every bookingâ under âWhere does it take place?â, then click Save this type.
- For every booking of that type, LinkClik creates a scheduled meeting in your Zoom account: topic (appointment type and visitor name), date, duration, waiting room on. The link is shown to the visitor right after booking, in their confirmation and reminder, and in your appointment list (Join button).
- A cancellation, by you or by the visitor, deletes the meeting from your Zoom account.
- If Zoom does not respond at booking time, the appointment stays confirmed: you are told by email so you can send a link yourself.
Removing
- From LinkClik: Appointments âș Settings âș Calendars and video âș Disconnect next to Zoom. LinkClik revokes its access at Zoom and deletes its tokens.
- From Zoom: sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace, open Manage âș Added Apps, then click Remove next to LinkClik. Zoom notifies LinkClik, which immediately deletes the tokens of your Zoom account, on each of your pages.
After removal: Zoom appointments are no longer offered on your page until Zoom is reconnected. Meetings already created stay in your Zoom account with their link: delete them in Zoom if needed (after removal, a cancellation no longer deletes them). Appointments stay in LinkClik; visitorsâ contact details are erased 6 months after the appointment, or with your account.
Permissions and data
- Requested permissions:
user:read:user(your Zoom accountâs email address and ID, to show which account is connected and to recognise it if you remove the app),meeting:write:meeting(create the appointmentsâ meetings) andmeeting:delete:meeting(delete them on cancellation). - LinkClik does not read your other meetings, recordings, contacts or messages. Access tokens are encrypted; only the ID and link of each meeting created are kept with its appointment.
The data processed and how long it is kept are detailed in the privacy policy.
Support
A question, a connection that fails, a request about your data: write to contact@lupussolutions.fr, if possible from your LinkClik accountâs address, with your page address and the service concerned (Google, Microsoft or Zoom).
Troubleshooting
- âAccess interruptedâ: the permission was removed at the service or has expired. Click Reconnect.
- âComing soonâ instead of âConnectâ: this service cannot be connected yet.
- No Teams link: Teams needs a Microsoft 365 work or school account. With a personal account, choose Zoom, Meet or your own link.
- A busy slot is still offered: calendars are read again every 15 minutes; check that the event is not marked âFreeâ.
