Good questions.
Is it really free?
Yes: your page, up to 50 links, the themes and the QR code. Pro adds detailed analytics over 24 months with export, the Monday report, scheduled links, YouTube and Spotify players, email collection, your own domain and music, and removes the branding.
How do you know where clicks come from?
From the referring address, campaign parameters (UTM) and, when the app sends nothing, from the signature of its built-in browser: a click from the Instagram or TikTok app is recognized as such. The QR code carries its own tag.
What about GDPR and cookies?
No cookies and no third-party trackers on your page: no consent banner to display. Visitors are counted with an anonymous fingerprint that is renewed every day and no IP address is stored. The only exception, chosen by the visitor: a YouTube video or Spotify track they start themselves.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, with Pro: links.your-site.com, for example. The “Domain” screen tells you exactly what to enter at your registrar and checks the setup; the HTTPS certificate is automatic.
Doesn’t a YouTube video or Spotify track on my page track my visitors?
Not until they decide to play it: the page shows a simple thumbnail, served by LinkClik. The YouTube or Spotify player only loads if the visitor presses play.
Do the emails I collect belong to me?
Yes. You’ll find them under “Subscribers” and can export them as CSV for your email marketing tool. Each sign-up keeps the date and the consent text that was shown, and you can remove an address at any time.
Can my page be in my language?
Yes: the interface is available in 12 languages, and you choose the language of your public page (form, notices…) in the settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in two clicks from “Billing”. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period, then your page goes back to the free plan, without losing anything.
