1. Purpose

LinkClik, published by LUPUS SOLUTIONS, lets you create a page gathering links, share it and view its visit statistics. Signing up implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the use of your account. You can delete it at any time from your settings.

3. Prohibited content

You are solely responsible for your page and the links it contains. It is forbidden to publish or point to:

• phishing, scams, malware;
• impersonation of a person, company, institution or brand;
• illegal content (hate, violence, child sexual abuse, counterfeiting…);
• works you do not hold the rights to, in particular music uploaded as background music: by uploading an audio file, you certify that you hold the broadcasting rights or that it is royalty-free.

4. Moderation

Anyone can report content via the “Report” link on each page (Report content). After review, LUPUS SOLUTIONS may block a link, suspend a page or block an account. Each decision is justified and notified to you by email, with the possibility of contesting it by replying to that message or writing to contact@lupussolutions.fr. In case of phishing or manifestly illegal content, the measure may be immediate.

5. Plans

The free plan is provided without any availability guarantee. The terms of the paid plan (price, duration, cancellation, withdrawal) are set out in the terms of sale, provided before any subscription.

6. Email collection and embedded content

With the Pro plan, you can invite your visitors to leave their email address. You are then the controller of this processing under the GDPR: you only use these addresses for what is announced on your page, you do not mix them with addresses obtained without consent, and you promptly remove anyone who asks (including in the emails you send). LUPUS SOLUTIONS hosts these addresses on your behalf, never uses them and deletes them with your account; you can export them at any time.

YouTube videos and Spotify content you embed remain subject to the terms of those services. You guarantee that you have the right to display them on your page.

7. Statistics and data

The statistics of your page are measured without cookies, as described in the privacy policy. You can export your data and delete your account at any time.

8. Liability

LUPUS SOLUTIONS strives to ensure the availability of the service but cannot guarantee its uninterrupted operation. It cannot be held liable for content published by users or for the websites their links point to.

9. Changes and governing law

These terms may change: you will be informed of any significant change. They are governed by French law.
